Unexpected duties on my commuter jacket
Serviceeither the duties waived or charged back to the card like they promised at checkout. Small detail but big impact when you’re juggling work and errands and just want your jacket ready for Monday. A quicker, clearer reply from support would have made this much easier; as it stands I’m happy with the product but frustrated by the admin around it.
