OverallYour stuff might be trendy and good for the environment, but the process to order them was a mess. The website was a nightmare to navigate, and I spent forever trying to find what I wanted. I almost gave up and looked somewhere else. The customer service was terrible – no communication and follow-up at all. I had to keep bugging them just to get an update on my order. And don't even get me started on the prices – way too high for what you're getting. I was hoping for better quality considering the cost. When it finally came to delivery, let's just say I could have grown a garden waiting for my stuff to show up. It took way longer than they said, and there was no tracking information. Overall, a super disappointing experience.
