Norton by Symantec - Reviews and experiences

All good so far — quicker reply than I've had elsewhere.

Needed VPN for remote work after a sketchy past breach; activation hung, delivery slow, support tried helping, still glitchy.

Realized I was satisfied when they fixed my issue quickly, not perfect but reliable.

Still sticking with Norton — totally worth it. They've sorted my annoying little problems more than once, quick and solid. I'd tell most friends.

Man, I gotta tell ya, the tech dude I chatted with was super nice and really knew his stuff (even though he was clearly reading off a script). I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but this guy David (#GLD751) was awesome. He really helped me out, listened to my issue, and fixed it like a pro. Big shoutout to David, he deserves a raise or some recognition for his top-notch service!
