Returns & RefundsI noticed my laptop freezing the day after I installed Norton 360. It freezes a few times a day now. I tried cleaning up files, ran scans, rebooted — nothing helped, in fact it seems worse. Program doesn't feel light on system resources. I checked chat and it told me I'm past the refund window, frustrating. I had Norton years ago and left for the same reason. Some features okay but the freezes kill it.
