Still sticking with Norton — totally worth it. They've sorted my annoying little problems more than once, quick and solid. I'd tell most friends.

Installed it on a fresh PC — really smooth, no drama. Setup was fast and felt secure. Other vendors gave me headaches before, so this was welcome.

I noticed my laptop freezing the day after I installed Norton 360. It freezes a few times a day now. I tried cleaning up files, ran scans, rebooted — nothing helped, in fact it seems worse. Program doesn't feel light on system resources. I checked chat and it told me I'm past the refund window, frustrating. I had Norton years ago and left for the same reason. Some features okay but the freezes kill it.
