Returns & RefundsTakes way to long to get anything from them. After doing a set of impressions and waiting for a response, (about 4 weeks), I was told they were no good and i had to redo them at a cost of $80. I decided not to go ahead and requested a refund. Suddenly all communication stopped. The refund dept was supposed to call me at an agreed upon time. They did not so I called them. They were in a meeting so I got voicemail. Eventually someone called and said that it would need to go for review to see if I was eligible for a refund. I had not started any treatment so other than the initial impression kit which was on sale for $40, I should be entitled to a full refund. They refused to communicate with me and after i got my bank involved, got a barely legible email stating i had to stop my bank ‘meddling’, (their words) or they would not refund me. I am still waiting……..
