Returns & RefundsOMG, I ordered these boots, and it was such a disaster! Like, one pair didn't even fit right, even though I got the same size from them before. And the other pair they sent was totally not what I asked for. How does that even happen? When we tried to send them back, it was a nightmare. It took forever to get our money back, and they were super rude about it. No sorry, no deals for next time, nothing. I practically had to argue with them to show we sent the things back. Ugh, such a pain.
