Returns & RefundsMy recent purchase was such a disappointment. The stuff I got had bleach stains and weird bends at the bottom of the zipper, totally messing up the coat's look. And to top it off, there's no way to get a refund, exchange, or credit because it was a final sale. It's just not right that companies can send out messed up products and not do anything to make it right for unhappy customers like me. I was hoping for better quality and service, but boy was I let down.
