They also followed up after the sale to make sure everything was settled, which I appreciated. Glad it went this way.

By week two I was already juggling showings and paperwork; the Motis team pretty much took over the logistics so I could keep doing work and run errands. Kevin, Lee and Chanelle did the viewings, which I appreciated — straightforward, no fuss. They also lined up a buyer and pointed me to a new place that actually fits my routine. Smooth, practical help, not flashy.
