ServiceI just bought a laptop stand from this company, and let me tell you, the product is good but the customer service is really not up to par. I sent them a bunch of emails trying to get in touch with their customer support, but didn't hear back at all. So, I got fed up and decided to post on their Facebook page to see if that would get their attention. At first, they seemed helpful, but it didn't last long because they just told me to go back to the same unresponsive channels.

ServiceI bought something not long ago but ended up ordering the wrong thing by accident. I tried to get in touch with their customer service team by email a few times, tried reaching out on social media, and even gave the phone number on their website a call. But I never heard back from them at all. It was really frustrating that they weren't communicating and their customer service team was nowhere to be found.
