CommunicationI'm really let down by the online shopping I did with this company. They kept lying, not keeping their promises, and ignoring my questions. Even though I paid for something, I never got it, and they didn't reply to any of my emails asking where it was. It's just really disappointing to see a company act so untrustworthy.

CommunicationWhat a nightmare dealing with this company. I made an order over two weeks ago and still haven't got any confirmation or receipt. It's clear they're not reliable or serious. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but they haven't responded to any of my messages. I've now opened a claim with Paypal for a full refund since the tracking info they gave me isn't even showing up. The reasons they give for possible delays are just excuses. I've wasted so much time and energy on this order, and I wish I had researched better to find other options in Taiwan. Stay away from this company at all costs!
