Returns & RefundsHonestly, what kind of customer service are they running? I wanted to cancel my order because of an error, but they wouldn't give me a hand. They're saying the items were already in transit, but seriously, anyone can see that just making a label doesn't mean the stuff is on its way. The inflexibility and lack of understanding is just terrible. It's like they just want to hold onto your cash no matter what. I really don't recommend buying straight from this company.
