I sent them an email to see if it could be fixed or refurbished. To my surprise, I got a response in just a few hours saying that my model was discontinued and the 24000mah model was the new standard. They sent me a replacement right away, and it arrived within a few days. I was impressed with how fast they fixed the problem and how efficient their customer service was.
