ServiceMidway through packing for our next trip I jiggled the lock and — yep, forgot the code. Tried the reset and the little button just wouldn't go down. Since I bought the suitcase in 2023 I wasn't sure the warranty still covered it, and I admit I was bracing for a hassle — other companies have left me hanging before. I shot Level8 an email, explained what's up, they replied right away asking a few details, and the next day they said they'd mailed the replacement part. It showed up really fast, no extra charge, and fixed the problem. Small glitch, but delivery and customer service turned my scepticism into proper relief.
