Returns & RefundsIt was sitting in a tiny shop window when I first saw it — felt sturdy and not too heavy, the fabric had a nice give. I got it late 2023 for work trips and liked the handles and internal pockets; it rides well on the trolley. Then the zipper split last month. I braced for a fight, but support paid for repairs and when that failed they refunded me, no drama. I’ve already told a colleague.
