TrackingI ordered a 12-32kg adjustable kettlebell from their Amazon store during Black Friday sale. It was a complete nightmare from the beginning to the end. After waiting for a week, Amazon had to get involved to check on the shipment because there was no progress in tracking the package. When the package reached my local UPS hub, it mysteriously disappeared, and all Amazon could do was give me continuous delays. Eventually, I got a refund without any explanation or confirmation from the seller. It was a frustrating experience with no communication and no solution.
