CommunicationI ordered three Kettlebells that were supposed to be in stock. The website said they'd arrive in 2-4 days, but when I didn't hear anything, I contacted them for an update. Turns out, my order was actually out of stock and might not come for three months. I asked for a refund because they didn't give accurate information about the stock and didn't keep me updated. It was a let-down of an experience.

CommunicationI am so annoyed with the delay in getting my kettlebell order. It's been more than 2 weeks now and all it says is "delayed" on the shipping status. I contacted customer service for some answers and they were so dismissive and rude. They just told me not to worry and to wait another 3-5 days. This lack of info and bad customer service is not cool. I'm starting to wonder if I'll ever get my package.
