Returns & RefundsI first saw these on Instagram, a friend shared the post and I ordered two necklaces. They look fine from a distance. Up close the plating is thin and the clasps feel cheap. I contacted them the day the box arrived and printed a return label right away. Then I got an email saying no refunds, only store credit. That was the main problem for me. I told them I wouldn’t buy again based on the workmanship, but they insisted their policy — which you have to click through multiple menus to find, four steps at least — says no refunds. They called it “transparent,” which felt off. Still, the pieces are wearable and light, so if you want something inexpensive for occasional use they do the job. Just know you’re basically stuck with store credit if you’re unhappy. I passed the link to a coworker so she’d be warned. Not perfect, but predictable once you know the policy.
