Fourth of July shirt
I got a Fourth of July shirt from this company and man, it was such a letdown. I had to wait nine whole days just to get a response after I asked about my order. And when they finally did reply, they said they were going to send it that same day - but I had my doubts. Honestly, their customer service is just terrible. I wouldn't trust them at all. I'd say steer clear and find somewhere else to shop. Save yourself the trouble and the cash.
Sweatshirt
I just bought a sweatshirt from your company and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality and the fit. I've been a pretty faithful customer and have always been a big fan of the cozy, oversized, top-notch sweatshirts I've gotten from your brand in the past. But this time around, I was totally underwhelmed. The sweatshirt was way smaller than I thought it would be, it felt thin and cheap, and the hoodie strings were super flimsy. When I looked at the tag and saw that you were now using a different brand (Gildan), I was shocked by how low-grade the materials were. It's pretty obvious that there's been a change in the production process, and it's led to a big drop in the quality of the product. I'm bummed that I'm paying the same price for a product that's not up to par.
OOTD (Outfit of the Day) T-shirt
Let me tell ya, this company is pushing it with all these hidden fees and lack of transparency! I just bought this cute T-shirt and then BAM, hit with surprise customs and excise charges on top of the shipping fees. Complete rip off, I tell ya! And when I asked for a refund, they wouldn't even give me the CEO's contact info. Sketchy business moves, right there! And those patronizing emails they send out? "Have a wonderful day!" Pfft, maybe if you didn't just swindle me!
Shipping Costs
I recently bought some stuff from this company, and I gotta say, the quality of the products was top-notch. But man, the shipping costs really got me bummed out. I ended up shelling out more for shipping than I did for the stuff I bought! And to add insult to injury, I got hit with an extra 15€ customs fee on top of the 10€ shipping cost. To make things even crappier, the package was delayed by a whole week. It was a pretty frustrating experience all around.
New leggings
I just got these super soft and comfy leggings from there and they are the absolute best! I'm also really into their designs for the shirts and water bottles. 🥰
