bought these because they look good and I needed a reliable pair after my last glasses bent during a move — I do a lot of driving and can’t be squinting. The frames started to deteriorate after a few weeks in regular sun, and the rep blamed heat. Fine, but I still expected better for the price. They offered a partial discount but then said it didn’t apply to my sale pair, which was maddening. I kept pushing and finally got a replacement that’s been holding up. So yeah, skeptical at first and annoyed with the back-and-forth, but the end result is usable. Customer service did improve once I escalated, though response times could be faster. Small scratches showed up later but nothing catastrophic.
