The frames started to deteriorate after a few weeks in regular sun, and the rep blamed heat. Fine, but I still expected better for the price. They offered a partial discount but then said it didn’t apply to my sale pair, which was maddening. I kept pushing and finally got a replacement that’s been holding up. So yeah, skeptical at first and annoyed with the back-and-forth, but the end result is usable. Customer service did improve once I escalated, though response times could be faster. Small scratches showed up later but nothing catastrophic.

Fit was true to size, no weird pinching, and the prescription lens swap (when it finally happened) was decently sharp. So on product alone, I’m pleased.
But now the annoying part: the online ordering and follow-up were a mess. I dealt with conflicting staff replies, a manager who was brusque and unhelpful, and pricing that didn’t match the website. Someone in the store had offered a courtesy lens change, and that fell apart when the online team re-quoted me way higher. They also shipped late and, oddly, found an old address for billing/shipping and sent the box there — even though my current address was on the order. I had to chase emails for weeks and never got a direct phone call option. It’s frustrating because the sunglasses are actually what I hoped for, but the buying experience left a sour taste. If you can buy in person or don’t mind risking online headaches, you’ll get a solid product. If you need reliable online support or a clean checkout, this wasn’t great for me.

Sunglasses feel great — light on my nose and the lenses are clear. They sit snug without pinching, I wear them all day. Ordering was easy. I did worry because another shop once made returns a nightmare, but here support answered after a couple emails. Pleasant surprise, would buy again.
