I was online, checking out this really cool store, ya know? And I saw this cute top I wanted to buy, and I was super excited. But then, when I was talking to the salesperson, they were giving me different prices for the same item! And they said it was available, but later said it was sold out. Like, huh?! So sketchy, eh? I don't think they only sell legit stuff, so I wouldn't recommend shopping there, tbh.

I recently bought something from their online store and didn't have a great experience. After I placed my order on a certain day, the money was taken out of my bank account right away. But, even though the payment went through, I still haven't heard anything about when my order will arrive. They didn't send me any emails or texts about when it might get here or if they're out of stock. I'm upset that the company isn't being clear and keeping in touch. And I wish they had a customer service number to call for help. As a customer, I feel like I don't know what's going on with my order and whether I'll get a refund.
