I was pretty bummed about my recent purchase from Hat Club. The cap I got had a crooked visor, which seems like a quality control problem. I've tried contacting customer service a few times but haven't gotten a good solution yet. They just don't seem to get that there's a problem and won't give me a new one. The fact that I'll have to pay for international shipping and might even get hit with a restocking fee for a defective item is really annoying. Overall, it's been a pretty frustrating and disappointing experience.

I just bought a hat from Hat Club and got it sent to Italy. I was pretty shocked when it showed up in just a week and in great shape. The hat was exactly like they said on their site, and I'm really happy with it. The whole thing went really smoothly, from ordering to getting it delivered.

I was super bummed about the cap I got from this store. The material was total garbage and the stitching looked like some beginner did it. The labels were dodgy too, making me question if the cap was even legit. Definitely not worth what I paid for it.
