Saved by Andrea after a delivery hiccup
Saved by Andrea after a delivery hiccup
ServiceWalked into my apartment with two packages but not the one I paid express for, and yeah, that was annoying. I bought a Hairmax for me and one as a gift, paid extra for express so it would be under the tree. It didn't show up on time, so I messaged customer service. Andrea I. actually fixed it — refunded the shipping and sent replacements right away so my friend still got a gift. Delivery hiccup was annoying, but Andrea's quick help made it alright. I've had worse support elsewhere, so I'll stick with them.
Late arrival, lighter scalp

ProductFunny thing — I slapped the laser band on the night after it finally arrived (bit slow with UPS around the holidays) and expected fiddling. Instead it’s oddly simple. I used the laser comb before until the battery faded, so switching to the band was mostly convenience. You don’t have to crawl around with a hand-held for 11 minutes; slide it on, press the button, wait for the click/quiet beep and move it along. I usually do 4–5 passes across the crown, then leave it for two days. It takes maybe ten minutes total and my scalp actually feels lighter afterwards, like circulation woke up. The matching shampoo and conditioner gave my hair more body than I expected — easier to style. A small win so far, still watching for real results.
Morning cap surprise

Service00, so most sessions just cut out. Annoying, for sure, especially with other bills at home. The weird thing is that sometimes, after trying a few times, it’ll run a full cycle and I’ll notice small improvements in finer hairs around my hairline. That surprise kept me hopeful. I called support and got told my timer was faulty; their fix is to mail the cap and timer in, pay $150 if it’s repairable, or consider buying a new cap if not. They didn’t offer to just send a replacement timer first, which felt odd. I also dug up other reviews and found similar timer complaints and different warranty lengths from other brands, so do your homework. Still, for daily use it’s low-effort and actually fits seamlessly into my routine, and the occasional positive results were nice to see. If you value comfort and can handle a bit of uncertainty with support/repairs, it’s worth considering—just check warranty details and maybe set aside a little for possible fixes.
