I was really looking forward to using my new resistance bands to change up my home workouts. But, after only a month, one of the bands snapped while I was using it! I was pretty bummed about the quality, especially since I paid a good amount for them. I contacted customer service for a replacement, and now I'm just waiting for their response. It's frustrating that something so pricey didn't last long, but I'm crossing my fingers that they'll fix it fast. I'll let you know how it all turns out once I get the replacement.

I bought something online not long ago, but got sent the wrong thing. The website was all messed up and directed me to the wrong section, which was super confusing. When I tried to get help from customer service to fix the mistake and send it back, they were really unhelpful and said no. It was so annoying not getting the help I needed.

I was stoked to give the at-home workout gear from this company a go, thinking it would be just the ticket to help me get toned. Unfortunately, the darn thing broke back in February. I got in touch with customer service, and they said they'd send a replacement once they had more in stock. But it's been three months now, and I haven't heard a peep. I'm still holding out hope for that replacement, but if I don't hear back soon, I'll have to ask for a refund instead.
