I was so amazed by all the different products they had at Gritr. It was super easy to find what I was looking for since everything was so organized. The staff were really friendly and knew their stuff, which made my shopping experience great. Overall, I had a really wonderful time there.

The people who work at this outdoor store are amazing. They don't just sell top-notch gear for the outdoors, but they really know their stuff and love what they do. When I needed snowboarding gear, they gave me all the details I needed about each item and guided me to the right choice. You could tell they were outdoor lovers themselves, and their tips and expertise were super helpful in choosing what to buy.

The customer service at this store is terrible. I had an issue with my order and needed to return something, but they completely ignored me. I tried to get in touch with them through phone and email multiple times, but never got a response. It's been weeks and I still haven't heard anything back. I just want to return my item, but they're making it really difficult. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here!
