Returns & RefundsI gotta tell ya, my shopping experience at Global Golf was a total disaster. I bought some snow pants and boots for my ski trip, but they took forever to show up, and when they finally did, they were the wrong size! I tried to get it sorted out with customer service, but they were no help at all. They just kept dodging the issue and wouldn't even give me a refund or let me exchange them. I was so fed up with the terrible service and clueless staff that I ended up just giving the stuff to a friend.
