I gotta say, my experience with this store has been pretty disappointing, eh. I only got half of my order and I haven't heard anything about when the other half is coming. And to top it off, the thing I'm still waiting for is still being advertised on their website. They haven't told me if it's been shipped or given me any tracking info. This lack of communication and transparency has really left me with a bad impression, you know what I mean?

I recently bought two coats from this company and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with how everything went down. The coats I got were just gorgeous and looked top-notch. Shipping was mostly smooth sailing, with easy tracking available on their website. But, my latest order got held up in China for about 6 days, messing up the 15-day shipping estimate. I reached out to customer service and they got back to me quick, thankfully. The package ended up arriving 10 days after I placed the order. Even with that hiccup, I'm still happy with my purchase and the quality of the coats.

Plus, I got messages saying my order was shipped from some random company, which caught me off guard, and then the real store told me it had arrived. The quality of what I got was alright, but honestly, I don't think they were worth the money I paid. And let's talk about the packaging - it was just plain terrible. Everything came in this cheap plastic bag that made it look like I got it from a sketchy storage place. Yeah, this was definitely my first and last time shopping here, that's for sure.
