Returns & RefundsI bought a pair of headphones from GearIT and man, they were a big letdown. The headphones came with a messed-up cord and the sound wasn't that great either. I tried to get in touch with customer service to see about returning or exchanging them, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. The person I talked to was no help at all and didn't really care about fixing my problem. All in all, my time dealing with GearIT was a huge disappointment and I wouldn't suggest buying from them.
