App & PortalI've been a loyal customer for a while now and I've always been happy with the game keys I buy. The keys are good quality and have never given me any problems. But, my biggest annoyance with the platform is the website itself. No matter what I try - different browsers, VPNs - I always get hit with an "Access Denied" message when I try to go on the site. It was only when I saw a Reddit post that I found out going on the site in 'incognito' mode works. This website access problem has been going on for a while now and it's frustrating that it hasn't been fixed yet.
