First Tactical - Reviews and experiences

Recently, I bought some boots with a composite toe along with V2 tactical pants for men that have military-style details. But, when they arrived, I got the wrong items in both cases. The boots didn't have the composite toe like they were supposed to, and the style of the tactical pants was completely different from what I wanted. I'm really not happy about this mix-up and the lack of attention to detail in fulfilling my orders. I've already posted a negative review about the boots on a different site, and now this mistake has just added to my frustration.

I recently bought a belt from this company and let me tell you, I was super disappointed with the customer service I got. I thought I ordered the right size based on their chart, but then I did some digging and found out most companies suggest adding 2-4 inches to your pant size depending on how you like to wear your belt. So, I shot them an email right away to try and fix things and asked about sizing, giving them my pant size and all. But all they told me was that it was already shipped, even though it didn't actually go out until a whole day later. And they took forever to get back to me each time I asked them something, and their answers were kinda meh and didn't really help with my issues. Plus, I had to shell out 10 bucks for shipping, and now I gotta pay to send it back. Seemed like they only cared about big police department orders, not regular folks like me. No way I'm gonna shop with them again.

Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service at this company has been pretty disappointing, eh. I ordered two pairs of shorts, got 'em quick, no problem there. But then three days later, I get a random pair of shorts in the wrong size and colour, totally their mistake. So, I let them know about the error, and they ask me to send it back. But, they don't give me a shipping label or any compensation for the hassle. Even though I'm a honest person, I found this lack of effort really frustrating. Now, onto my most recent order from 14 days ago, no updates at all, just says "still processing". I email them three days ago and hear nothing back, so I decide to call their customer service today. They tell me they're moving warehouses, which is why my shorts are delayed. When I ask why they didn't mention this on their website before taking orders, the response was pretty unprofessional. The rep said they wish they had told us about the delay to avoid upset customers. I ask for quicker shipping 'cause of the inconvenience, but they just straight up say no. This poor customer service and lack of effort for customers has made me decide that this will be my last order with this company, eh. The gear is good quality, sure, but there's other options out there with similar stuff. Their prices are competitive, but the subpar customer service is more important to me.
