App & PortalI've bought flashlights and batteries from this store for a few years now. The products are great, but I've had some serious issues with their website. The search function doesn't work well at all, so it's a struggle to find what I need. Plus, items that don't match my search show up, making things even more confusing. On top of that, I've gotten discount coupons after making a purchase, only to find out they don't actually work on the website. That kind of shady behavior has really let me down as a customer. Even though the products are good, I can't support this brand anymore because of their website problems and dishonest discount practices.
