Returns & RefundsSo, like, I pre-ordered Helldivers 2, right? And then, all of a sudden, there was this issue with my PSN account connection and I couldn't even play the game. I was super bummed out. But, I got in touch with customer service, explained everything, and asked for a refund. And get this – they gave me the refund in just 2 minutes! I was totally shocked. Their quick and efficient response totally showed me that they rock at customer service. Even though I ran into a problem, they made the whole resolution process super smooth and easy. I've never had any issues with their service in the past, and this whole situation just made me trust them even more.
