CommunicationI just bought a pair of eyeglasses from this company and I have to say, I am really not happy with how everything went down. I tried to contact their customer service a few times about my order being late, but got no reply. It's pretty clear that this company doesn't really care about their customers or keeping them in the loop about their orders. When you look at other eyewear places in the area that have great service and stylish frames, this company just doesn't measure up in making their customers happy.
