Needed a clean Windows reinstall after my laptop's SSD failed. The site sent a code fast, so that was nice. Unfortunately the code said "already in use". I didn't bother chasing support and bought Windows from Microsoft. Fast delivery, worthless key. Probably resold keys, not great and a waste of time and would warn others.

Saw it on a deals forum after a buddy tipped me and bought a lifetime licence in Feb. At first it ran great — quick edits felt smooth — but I noticed it was already registered to someone else and support said resold, no problem. Today Adobe revoked the licence, app dead and support silent. Really frustrating.
