Funny thing, I thought I was scammed — I bought a Canva licence a week before an important client presentation and only got a payment confirmation. Checked spam, checked every folder, no licence email. I messaged support a few times and used the web form, no reply, so I had to repurchase elsewhere to hit the deadline. Called my bank and they opened a dispute and started a refund. Frustrating, but I'm actually pretty grateful it all sorted out in the end.

I was halfway through a coffee when Photoshop logged me out mid-edit and I thought "not again" — it had worked fine for a week and then kept deactivating. Support was a bit robotic at first, suggesting the usual sign-out/sign-in trick, which didn't help, but after a round of back-and-forth they actually issued a refund, pretty quick, which was a relief, you know. I use the apps every day for quick photo edits and thumbnails for my side gig, so having it reliable matters. Annoying hiccup, but sorted and I could move on.
