Returns & RefundsWeirdly, I opened the box and it was the wrong colour, so I contacted them and sent it back. Then nothing for over a month — status didn’t change — and when they finally replied they said the returned piece "didn't match description" and refused the return. I’ve had smoother exchanges with other shops, so yeah, I won’t risk ordering from them or Farfetch again. Kind of annoyed.
