ServiceI just bought a screw kit from Electric because I needed to replace a missing screw in my $200 sunglasses. But when I tried the screws in the kit, none of them fit my glasses. It was really disappointing, especially because I need those sunglasses for my fishing trips. I contacted customer service for help, but they took forever to get back to me. After sending a bunch of messages, they finally told me it would be at least a week before I heard from them. Even after I followed up, I still haven't heard anything. This whole experience has left me frustrated and made me question the quality of their products.
