ServiceHalfway through the evening I realized the bracelet I’d bought from Dower & Hall was looser than I like. I first saw it on a colleague and picked one up at the shop. They lengthened the clasp at first, no charge, and when it turned out too big they agreed to shorten it, again without extra cost. Every time I messaged customer service they answered promptly and kept it plain and professional. Little hassle, and I’m actually glad it worked out — the piece looks solid and simple.
