One earring back broke after the first wear — annoying — yet the workshop reached out, repaired it free and the staff were genuinely helpful. They've altered other pieces well too. A bit on the pricey side, but decent service and I’d buy again.

Funny thing — I found them on Google, kept shopping and circled back. Ended up with the Men’s Hope Talisman necklace. Nicely detailed, feels solid without being heavy and chain length was spot on. What sold me was the free engraving on the back and how fast it arrived. I was skeptical at first but pretty pleased. Still eyeing the Phoenix and Tree of Life talismans — if you want engraving, they're worth a look.

Every time I messaged customer service they answered promptly and kept it plain and professional. Little hassle, and I’m actually glad it worked out — the piece looks solid and simple.
