Ordered by mistake, messaged them and they sorted a refund right away, delivery was smooth too. Way better than recent other companies' support

The service on this platform is not very clear and doesn't protect consumers very well. When I bought a game account, there was hardly any warning and they wouldn't give me my money back. The prices were pretty much the same as on the official store, which made it hard for customers who might have thought they were buying a key instead. On other platforms like Kinguin, they give clear warnings and labels to avoid this kind of confusion.

I just bought a key code but got an account instead, which was a bummer. At first, I could log in fine, but the next day, I was suddenly signed out. I tried to log back in, but the chat rep said it wasn't working. When I asked for a refund because of the mix-up, the seller said no. It was a letdown, to be honest.

I totally despise the customer support! I purchased something and had to wait so long to receive my account information. And when I finally did get it, the password didn't even work! They attempted to assist me initially, but then I needed to provide a verification code to proceed. However, they never provided me with the code, and now I can't log in again. The chat was impolite and even accused me of asking for the code too frequently. And now they won't even allow me to open a case for assistance. All I want is my money refunded at this point!

I had a really bad experience with this company. I bought a software key, but I never got it. When I tried to reach customer service for a refund, they automatically closed my case with no solution. The support team was useless and couldn't help at all, which let the company get away with their scam.
