Setup was clunky, the app wouldn’t fully pair with the grill even though Wi-Fi showed connected, and account confirmation just hung. I’m a network engineer by trade, so I don’t panic at tech hiccups, but this one felt avoidable. Customer support at first was slow and unhelpful — the rep escalated and said someone would call back in 24–48 hours. That call took longer than they promised, which was frustrating. After pushing, I did get through to a different agent who finally walked me through the right steps and got it stable. So — sceptical at first, annoyed in the middle, but reasonably satisfied in the end because the issue was fixed. Taste-wise, it didn’t quite match my other smokers, but that mattered less after the connectivity was sorted. Overall a mixed bag: delivery solid, support bumpy then competent.
