annoyed, yep. Customer service took their sweet time, two weeks of emails, felt like talking to a sleepy robot. Well, after I pushed a bit they offered a decent replacement and arranged pickup of the damaged sail. Not ideal, slow, but in the end it got fixed — I’m cautiously satisfied.

I sent my measurements and they came back with photos showing how each cover would look and fit — that was reassuring. I asked for a tweak for one cover because it needed to fit over a pizza oven with a curved face; they made the change and checked again. It took a few weeks to arrive, which was fine. When they showed up everything fit snugly. It rained heavily the first week and all the covers kept things dry. I'm glad I went with them. Good craft, clear communication, and overall a solid experience. Would recommend.

robust fabric, decent blackout, and they actually block dust. The one annoying bit is they arrived about 2 inches wider than the design I approved. The site does mention they size things a touch larger, but that note is vague and made confirming dimensions tricky. If I’d tried to compensate by ordering narrower I could’ve ended up with curtains too small. As is, they’re slightly too big so the Velcro strips don’t line up perfectly — I’m fiddling with overlap. Better to be a bit big than too small though. Nice surprise: delivered a week earlier than quoted, which I didn’t expect.

So we got these custom covers for our couches and when they finally came, they fit perfectly! But the company didn't mention they needed extra measurements until our order was way behind schedule. Our poor couches were getting all wet in the rain while we were waiting! Not cool at all, eh.

I just got my cover in the mail, but unfortunately, it's the wrong size. The front end is too short, so now I'm not sure what to do. And to add to the frustration, when I checked my account, it said I haven't placed any orders yet. This lack of communication and attention to detail is just not cool.

Eh, the waterproof cover I got from Covers & All was exactly what I was looking for. I was happy to see that the size was bang on, all thanks to their measuring tips. The cover is tough and sturdy, just like I wanted. I'm super happy with how well it works. I would definitely think about buying from them again down the line.
