I've been shopping at this store for a long time now and let me tell you, their Crystal lenses are just unreal. They're not only cheap but also so comfy to wear. I like how they let me know if the lenses are in stock before I buy them, so if they're not available, I can pick something else. And their delivery? Always lightning fast. That's a big win for me as a customer. Honestly, I can't praise these lenses enough.

Regular customer, unreliable stock
I've been a customer for years and I gotta say, the service has been pretty good overall - fast delivery and ordering is a breeze. But lately, they never seem to have my brand in stock, so I have to keep changing up brands every couple of months. It's really frustrating and such a pain. And now, to make things even more annoying, the new payment system is a real hassle - gotta click on a link in an email, type in all my card info, confirm the payment in my account, and then go back to the site to finish the order. It's such a waste of time and just seems unnecessary.
Contact lenses, fast shipment, supplier direct delivery
I bought some contact lenses from this company not too long ago and man, was I impressed with how quickly they arrived. But hey, I ran into a little snag when they didn't have my lenses in stock. Had to wait around 10 days for them to come from the supplier. Maybe they should think about keeping a few extra boxes on hand to make sure folks like me get their orders faster.
