I got some really nice new shoes online, but when I got them, they were already used! Gross! I was totally disgusted, so I reached out to the store right away to complain. And you know what? They were so understanding! Their response was great - quick, polite, and professional. They even told me I didn't have to pay to return the shoes. And now, I just got an email saying they refunded my money. Woohoo! I'm a satisfied customer and will definitely shop at that store again. Their customer service is awesome!

I'm having some trouble sorting out a return and refund for something I bought from this company. I've tried getting in touch with them a bunch of times, but no one's gotten back to me. It's super frustrating because I can't even do the return online since they've changed their name. I'm pretty disappointed that a company I thought was trustworthy isn't giving me the customer service I was hoping for.

I got these really nice black leather boots from an online store and let me tell you, I was so happy with my purchase. The quality was amazing and the style was exactly what I wanted. The only downside was that it took longer than I thought for them to arrive, but they were being shipped from overseas so I get it. The customer service was great, super helpful and attentive. But, I was kind of bummed to find out that they don't refund the shipping fee when you return something. Like, really? It's 2021, come on. Hopefully, they'll get a warehouse in the US soon so they can be more flexible with return fees.
