I needed a couple of decent shirts and a jacket for a last-minute work trip after a move, and this was a miss overall. I paid around a hundred dollars for one shirt, wore it three or four times, washed it once and the fabric started fraying everywhere — had to spend time with a fabric shaver to make it wearable again. When I emailed customer support they asked for photos and then blamed “constant rubbing against bricks and trees,” which honestly felt dismissive and kind of odd. Sizes are all over the place too: one tee fits like an M, another the same label fits like an XS; one jacket is an S, another is an M. Delivery was fine and some pieces do look good, but for the price I expect better consistency and a straight answer from support. Not perfect, still usable for casual wear, but I won’t risk buying pricey items online from them again.
