Small ring, surprisingly smooth process
Small ring, surprisingly smooth process
ServiceI wasn’t expecting to write a review, but after the whole experience I figured it’s worth sharing — mostly because the delivery and customer service were better than a lot of places I’ve tried. I got the ring for my partner and, honestly, finding something that hit the right balance between simple and interesting felt harder than it should have been. We didn’t want a huge flashy stone, just a tiny salt-and-pepper look, dainty band, something that felt unique without being over the top. I checked a bunch of shops, tried the loose-stone-then-set route and that went nowhere — the settings I liked were either out of my price comfort zone or just not right. Then I found Capuccine on a Pinterest board and decided to go for it after a bit more digging.
Smooth site, solid fix

ServiceI almost didn't trust it at first — the website looks slick and prices didn't scream cheap, so I braced for the usual hassle. I ordered a customised ring and, yeah, I messed up a couple of choices so the first one wasn't what I pictured. The metal and finish feel really nice though, comfy on my finger and has a good weight to it. Vida and the team were patient, suggested sensible fixes, sent it back and forth, tweaked sizing and finish until it matched what I wanted and didn't charge extra. Minor delays, but no big deal. Been burned by other jewellers before, so this was a relief.
