TrackingI ordered that bravecto thing back in December and the tracking number was a total mess. I tried emailing them and they gave me a new tracking number. But get this - it's been stuck in the same spot for over a month now! So I called my credit card company to get my money back because this place was trying to tell me my package was delivered when it obviously wasn't. I'm totally done with this place after this whole fiasco.

I'm really disappointed and frustrated with the lack of transparency and honesty from this company. It's just not right to offer such lousy service and take people's money without giving them what they paid for. I'm definitely going to contact my bank to look into this and cancel the transaction. It seems like I'm not the only one dealing with these issues with this company, which is really disappointing.
