Returns & RefundsDude, I was stoked about getting all this tick prevention stuff for my dog, but when it finally arrived, they only sent me half of what I paid for! I tried reaching out to them four times by email, but they straight up ghosted me! Like, seriously, what's up with that? I had to get my bank involved and dispute the charges just to get my money back. It's so not cool to end up paying double when you only should have paid once. I would have been totally cool if they just apologized and sent the rest, but nope, not a peep. So yeah, I'm never dealing with these guys again. Stay far away from them!
