I'm so let down by my recent purchase from this company. The stuff I got were such low quality and not at all what I was hoping for. Trying to return them was such a pain, so frustrating. I even had to go through the hassle of filing a credit card dispute just to get my money back. I would definitely recommend staying away from this place if you don't want to waste your time and money.

I bought some stuff from this company because they said they have lifetime warranty. But that's all just a trick to make you think it's a good deal. I got two iPhone cases, a wallet, two AirTag holders, and an EarPod case. At first, the leather looked nice and soft, but it didn't take long for it to look worn out. After about a year, everything started getting scratched, torn, and falling apart. When I asked for replacements under the lifetime warranty, they gave me excuses. At first, they said okay to replacing them, but then they said they don't make those items anymore so they won't honor the warranty. My wallet is falling apart with tears and threads showing, and they still sell it! They said it's just normal wear and tear and doesn't count for the warranty. How is tears and threads normal? Even my cheap wallets last longer than theirs. My advice is to forget about their lifetime warranty, it's a scam. If you buy something from them, be ready for it to break in a few months.

I had a really bad experience with this company when I ordered an iPhone case and wallet. It was a total disaster from start to finish. Firstly, it took me two whole days just to speak to a customer service rep, and when I finally did, they gave me wrong info about the color of the products. They also said returning it would be easy, but that was a lie. The shipping took forever, which only made me more upset. The worst part was trying to return the items. Even though I didn't open them because of the wrong color, the website made it super hard to send them back. They wanted photos for each return but wouldn't let me upload any. I tried emailing them twice, since there was no phone number, but got no response. I spent $120 on these products and won't stop until I get my money back. If you're not sure about what you're ordering, I strongly recommend not buying from this company. This was hands down the worst return process I've ever dealt with.
