I recently had a disappointing experience with my order from this company, eh. I received a box that I didn't even order, and when I tried to cancel or get a refund for it, the customer service was not helpful at all. Even though I contacted them right away after getting the email confirmation about my order being processed, they wouldn't help me because they said they're a small business and couldn't refund or cancel the order. It was really disappointing to see that they weren't taking responsibility or caring about customer satisfaction, you know. I would recommend looking at other companies for your orders, eh.

I recently bought a box from this company and boy, was I let down! The products included were super tiny samples that looked nothing like what I saw on their website. The quality was pretty low too. I tried reaching out to customer service through email, and after a whole month of waiting, they finally got back to me. But let me tell ya, they were no help at all. They kept telling me to log into my account, which I had no idea even existed. After going back and forth, I managed to cancel my account. But get this, I got an email saying my next box was already on its way and non-refundable. I told them I never chose a box or products and had been trying to cancel for over a month, but they just said tough luck, non-refundable.
